Professional administrative exam for secondary school and college graduates

Professional administrative exam for secondary school and college graduates is taken according to Decision on the conditions and method of taking the professional administrative exam of interns, i.e. college graduates and employees at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina («Official Gazette of BiH, No. 46/04, 50/05 and 58/07). (Henceforth: the Decision)

The exam is taken according to the Programme of professional administrative exam for interns, state officials and employees at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of BiH, No. 46/04 and 50/05) which regulates the content, curriculum and legal sources for taking the professional administrative exam (Henceforth: the Programme).

According to the Law on service in institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Decision, the exam is required for interns and employees with secondary school and college education that are employed in administrative organs of BiH, services, bureaus and institutions of the Council of Ministers of BiH, and also in companies and other legal persons which are entrusted with public authorities.

The professional administrative exam is taken in order to acquire the qualifications for administrative and other professional jobs from the basic competence of administrative organs and other organs at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for administrative jobs in the institutions with public authorities, pursuant to the regulation on the jobs from the basic competence, or auxiliary and technical jobs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The professional administrative exam for persons with secondary school and college diplomas is taken after fulfilling conditions for taking this exam and after the applying of the interested candidate.

The application is submitted to the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
