Present situation

Completed Construction of Surrounding Wall

Construction of the surrounding wall with surveillance towers around the future high-security State Prison is completed. Mentioned works followed the construction of necessary infrastructure objects (high-voltage power line, gas lines, water supply system, sewage system, telephone connection, etc.).
Negotiations with Council of Europe Development Bank and the donors are ongoing, after which will be announced public announcement (tender) for the main phase of the Project realization. Detailed Financial Plan for the construction of the State Prison Facility is made and it foresees provision of all necessary resources.
