Public Consultations

Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the first state body in Bosnia and Herzegovina that started implementing the Rules of the Council of Ministers of BiH for Consultations in Drafting of Legal Regulations.

All interested citizens and legal persons have an opportunity to directly participate in drafting of the legal regulations.

By the process of public consultations we want to ensure the higher level of participation of the interest groups in the legislative activities of the Ministry, better informing and higher trust of the citizens in the process of making of the strategic policies.

Beside all necessary information, Rulebook for Consultations and relevant regulations, as well as planned normative-legal activities in 2008, at this page we also regularly publish all current proposals of draft laws and by-law acts. Written comments or data on the proposed drafts can be sent by e-mail: konsultacije@mpr.gov.ba. Comments and data will be used in the preparation of proposals of laws or by-law acts which are delivered to the Council of Ministers of BiH.
