Responsibilities:

  • producing, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of policy, strategies and plans of the Ministry,
  • collecting data, researches and analysis to provide information on policy and strategy of the Ministry,
  • planning and making of programs of EU assistance and other donors for the needs of the Ministry,
  • coordinating assistance programs of European Union and other donors for BiH justice sector,
  • maintaining the database on donors and donors assistance for BiH justice sector,
  • coordinating implementation of strategies and policies of European Integrations under the competency of the Ministry,
  • harmonizing the legal system in BiH with acquis, for issues under the competency of the Ministry,
  • translating acquis, under the competency of the Ministry,
  • coordinating the implementation of the Single Rules for writing of the legal regulations in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
  • coordinating the implementation of the Rules of the Consultations in Writing of the Legal Regulations.
