Bar Examination

Taking the bar examination before the Commission appointed by the Minister of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina is regulated by the Law on Bar Examination (“Official Gazette of BiH”, No. 33/04) and by corresponding Law on Amendments to the Law on Bar Examination ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 56/08).
The bar examination is a professional exam taken by the persons with university degree in law, in order to acquire the license for jobs whose carrying out is conditioned by having passed the bar examination.
The bar examination is taken after fulfilling conditions for taking the bar examination which are prescribed by the law and after the applying of the interested candidate.
The application is submitted to the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
