Churches and religious communities registered in the Register maintained by the Ministry of Justice are required to report any changes that have occurred with regard to:
the name (and abbreviated name, if any) of the Enrollee;
seats of the Enrolment Subject;
of the content, description and seal of the Registered Entity;
content, description, and stamp of the stamp;
content and description of the log or sign of the registered entity, if any;
persons authorised to represent
The application to register any changes made is submitted on Form U-4.
